“We had our wedding reception and had the most beautiful, magical day. The drinks reception and wedding breakfast were held in a marquee on the lawn around the back of the house and looked stunning. It was lovely to have lots of space on the lawn for our guests to sit in the sun, garden games and photos. During the drinks reception we slipped off to have our bride and groom photos and were able to use any of the museum exhibits we liked. There are so many beautiful and interesting buildings to choose from! For the evening we moved down to the barn and courtyard. Having a separate evening space enabled the band to set up at their own pace. The 13th Century barn looked amazing and was the perfect back drop for our guests to dance the night away. Many of our guests told us what a fantastic venue it was! Marie was our contact helping us at every step in the planning. She was super friendly, quickly replied to our messages and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you plan your perfect wedding.
